We started looking for a place in NC from Co in January of 2020 with the anticipation of buying in May or June. Tanya went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. We were unfamiliar with the area we were buying in, so she drove us all around the city, giving us a great tour. Then she drove us around to different neighborhoods to give us a feel. She listened to what we wanted in a home and gave us exactly that. She was very quick to answer all of our many emails and phone calls during the buying process. After we purchased our home, she surprised us with a housewarming gift of paper plates, cups, TP, cereal, milk, juice, and Easter baskets for our girls. It was such a great surprise.
